My motherboard only has a single USB 2.0 header.Try shutting off your PC, then plug the USB cable to a different USB header on your motherboard.Exit out of CAM, then use another mini USB cable, you can use a mini to regular external USB cable and plug it to the back of your case.Nothing showing up in 'Devices and Printers'.Go into Control Panel and click on 'View Devices and Printers' then remove the NZXT USB Device/690LC/Asetek Driver/Unknown USB Device and restart your PC.Solutions recommended I saw while reading other users problem: The mini USB cable is connected to the single USB 2.0 header of the motherboard. The fans are spinning at 100% constantly (they are plugged to the first (4pins) and second (3 pins) ports. What can I do right now to solve this issue? I dont see any kraken or any tab under Tuning tab or anywhere.
Even the NZXT logo is not light up on the pump. However, the cam is not detecting the kraken at all. I have installed the cooler and its required software 'CAM'. I bought a NZXT kraken x52 for my ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-I GAMING motherboard. I'm having kind of the same problem mentioned here :
